They coordinate approaches and set up strategic investor meetings, giving you the opportunity to share your story while potential strategic investors introduce themselves. Our role is to facilitate introductions and observe in the background.
Management and Coordination
When a strategic investor expresses interest. Typically, the investor presents a preliminary offer or term sheet, conducts due diligence, and negotiates the final transaction terms, including valuation, structure, investment amounts, and warranties. A lawyer usually leads the negotiation and drafting of legal documentation to close the transaction.
