Impact
Green, social, and sustainable financing involves raising funds for projects or companies that generate a positive effect on the environment and society, in addition to great economic benefits! More and more European investors and financial institutions are prioritising these practices. They do so due to the growing demand for transparency and accountability. Businesses that adopt this approach not only gain easy access to capital, but also contribute to global goals such as reducing emissions or improving working conditions. This shift reflects a new way of understanding risk and return. Investing in sustainability helps mitigate climate and regulatory risks, while opening up new opportunities in emerging markets and high potential sectors.

Specific
In collaboration with you, we create a communication sequence to engage potential investors and grant providers, develop key messages to pique interest and emphasise your entrepreneurial journey. Icma Docs also can assist in crafting an effective Pitchbook. Our belief is that the founder/CEO should develop the story while we provide valuable feedback on investor perception.
Unique
At Icma Finance we understand that every business is unique and has specific funding needs. That is why we offer a range of sustainable financial solutions that meet your growth objectives. Together with our professional partners we discuss which option best suits your business. For example, your company can issue securities via a Mini-IPO. In most cases, these are bonds or shares (certificates), but convertible bonds are also a possibility. After the securities have been issued, your company will be listed on a European Small and Medium Enterprise stock exchange.
Pitchbook
A Pitchbook, also called a European confidential information memorandum, is a company presentation (EU-CIM) used by investment banks, finance firms, private investors, and stockbrokers advising on the sale or disposal of the shares or assets of a business. It consists of a careful arrangement and analysis of the investment considerations of the business and presented to interested parties with the aim of providing information necessary to make an informed decision. Many professionals contribute to a Pitchbook to create a high quality presentation with the information needed to close a potential deal, it contains a comprehensive overview of a company, including financial data, market analysis, management, and product or service information.
Mini-IPO
Assumptions; minimum three years in business, with at least one profitable year. A stable, future proof organisation with growth plans, strong governance, and liquid assets of at least €100k. We offer companies access to the European stock exchange with listing on the SME main list or alternative companies list. Success fees are charged. A pre-agreed fee must be paid, but only after your company has been successfully listed.
Coordination
As outlined in our No-cure, No-pay commission agreement, we will coordinate further discussions with potential investors, grant providers, or law firms in relation to a Mini-IPO.
Investors typically conduct negotiate transaction terms, including structure, investment amounts, funding options, and in some cases guarantees or board participation, as aligned in the Pitchbook. Icma Finance gives you valuable advice on these matters. In cases involving multiple investors, we help form a consortium to finalise the transactions.
